Some pages on this website publish prices and delivery times, including for the ProvePMST Package. Those figures are indicative, are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and may change. They are not an offer capable of acceptance.
Any delivery time shown, including the 48-hour turnaround for the ProvePMST Package, is subject to the conditions published alongside it and applies only once we have received everything needed to start the work. Prices and timeframes become binding only when they are set out in a written agreement between us.
06Linked services and demos
The website links to external sites and to product demonstrations that run on separate domains, including the ProveALARP demonstration. Those services are operated separately and are not governed by these terms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or practices of any site we link to.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
